The School Day
INFANT SCHOOL
Our school day starts at 8.30am, when the gates open, with an official start time of 8.45am when children will be registered.
The school day finishes at 3pm.
We have a breakfast club that starts at 7.45am. Contact Mrs Parrish in the infant office for more information.
We also run after school clubs, that can be signed up at the school office.
Nursery hours are:
AM sessions 8.45am to 11.45am
PM sessions 12pm to 3pm
All day 8.45am to 3pm
JUNIOR SCHOOL
The school gate opens at 8.20am when two members of staff are on duty in the playground. Please do not drop them off before 8.20a.m. as the gate is locked and there will be no access to the school grounds.
The front gate will be locked at 8.45am and we start promptly at 8.50am. It is very important for your child's feeling of belonging that (s)he should not be late into school. In the event of lateness, children should report to the school office to be signed in by a parent/carer.
Lunch break is from 12.15 – 1.15pm for all year groups.
The children all have a twenty-minute break during the morning and may bring in a piece of fruit/healthy snack to eat at that time (no nuts please). There is no afternoon break.
School ends at 3.15p.m.
